How much is shipping?

We deliver all over the world, we offer free shipping worldwide and no minimum purchase required.

 

Shipping time

Once your order is processed, We ship from France.

 

For the United States 

Standard and include processing time is 8 to 18 working days.

 

For France

Standard and include processing time is 5-8 working days.

 

For European Union

Standard and include processing time is 6-12 working days.

 

In the rest of the world

Standard and include processing time is 8 to 18 working days.

 

We send tracking information to you so you can follow your order right to your door.

 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. AimerLeBio is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. 

Not received your package?

Upon delivery, we undertake to return the product or refund the customer only after the carrier has officially declared the package’s loss in the event of a loss.

 

This provision shall not apply to products marked 'delivered by the carrier. If the customer reports that he has not yet received it, AimerLeBio will not cover the cost of reshipment or refund of the order. 

 

Packages returned to us for lack of address may be reshipped for a reshipment fee but cannot be refunded.

 

Can I cancel my order?

All orders are canceled within 24 hours. You can cancel your order with no penalty; cancel your order before your order has shipped.  If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
