Because all of our items are handprinted to order, we only allow cancellations up to 24 hours after your order is placed. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer exceptions to this policy.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org, or Whatsapp us at +60174551318 with your order number and photo of the item's condition immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue.
After evaluation, we will process the replacement or refund action within ten days. Refund will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. However, please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
